First let me just thank you for your patience and willingness to share. I, too, would like copies of any letters pertaining to foreclosures, either pre or authorization or agreement letters.
I am in the Bay Area California and new to this.

No I'm not asking for a copy of the letter ;D I just want to say thanks for being such a swell guy about all this. Im reading through this post and seeing you send it to so many people. Hmmm…really? That’s not what MY mail says…! A lot of the messages I get say really bad words…of course there are folks here that don’t like to be told that they are breaking the rules.

Well bro, don’t pay attention to your mail then because it’s far from the truth. You get guys who try to take advantage and break the rules and then you set them straight and point them in the right direction and they get all upset, who cares about them idiots. They get mad because they get busted and don’t like to play fair, those are the ones who don’t last long in this business anyway or on the forum, they go straight down the :flush:. You keep doing what you’re doing, you’re the one who is and continues to be successful. Tim put you here for a reason, like I said before,

I hate to ask but…yes the letter… (sorry) I completely agree with Keith’s comments. I have seen MANY posts from you helping people out. People like you and Keith are the reason many of us keep the faith and not give up.
