Obama...

Takes it…Welcome aboard the first black President, the Rebublican has zero shot at it and you all know it. I’m a white dude from WV and I can’t wait for something a long far away from the joke that is the White House today. Finally I can tell my 1 yr old son he has something to be proud of when it comes to the President of the United States.

Yeah, having a socialist in the White House will be something to be proud of. :bs Of course, you probably won’t be able to enjoy it after Obama taxes your rental business into OBLIVION! Buy you can proudly wear your socialist button while standing in the soup line! Tomato soup anyone?

Mike

Thanx for saving me the time, Mike. And, I’m thinking that BO is going to have a tougher time than you think, jb…

While we’re talking politics, will someone PLEASE drive a stake through Hill-yuri’s heart now or drop a house on her?

Keith

You sound like obama’s wife when she said that for the first time she was proud of her country. The mere fact that you describe yourself racially tells alot about yourself. How about I am a american who likes Obamma? If you think that rising taxes will fix the economy, if you think that ending the battle in Irak will make us safer and that the federal government should be managing our healhtcare system then just say so. There is no reason to call those that disagree racist or that somehow we are a bad country because we have’n had a black president.

Ive been 100000000% behind Obama the whole way.

First, let me say that I am a Republican. I am discusted in the way the Republicans have been handling things the last 8 years. 5 TRILLION DOLLARS to 9 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt increase within the last 8 years. The Oil Boys (Bush and Dick) have been a complete JOKE the last couple of years. If you vote Mccain, you will get alot of the same exact JOKE thats been going on.

I respect all of you people here, and I understand that you dont want higher taxes by a democrat. But I would like you to all visit towns, like the town I live in, full of people who are getting laid off from their jobs that have been working 30 years at this job.

Most of the people on this board are living comfortably, and have not experienced a job layoff.

Let it be known, I hate Hillary and Bill Clinton with everything in me. Words cannot describe how much I think the Clintons and Bush should be in prison for the crap they have been pulling.

I believe Obama is different, you may not agree with what he completely stands for, such as Universal Health Care, but atleast hes not a politician like the Bush’s and Clintons that are a complete joke and are out only for their own good.

Obama for President!!!

Speak for yourself…! I got laid off after 32 years of continuous employment (not with the same employer) and it stings but you live thru it…

Keith

This is a REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FORUM get this BS off of here and especially the one who started it. HERBSTER

I agree with Keith. Obama is going to have a much tougher time with McCain than most people think. Especially if he chooses Hillary as his running mate. The Clintons have left a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths over the years and it has finally come back to haunt them.

Once they get into the actual debates and they ask start asking questions and all of Obama’s answers start sounding like this “change, change” people will catch on real fast that this guy has nowhere near the experience to run this country especially with the economic situation we are in.

I’m still voting for Ron Paul. If his name isn’t on the ballet I’ll write it in.

Yeah, especially Monica’s!

How can you possibly not see that the Presidential election has everything to do with the economy and REI?

Keith

I am a traditional moderate conservative and I will vote Obama since I think he has a better shot at balancing the budget and keeping fair taxes in place than does McCain.

It’s sad I need to vote democrat for someone with fiscal responsibility.

We already have a nationalized healthcare system where people without a plan come after hours to the ER. We already pay for them, so might as well set up a system where everyone is covered and they don’t have to show up in the ER to get checked. It’s not like our free market system right now is keeping costs down in health care, and that’s largely the Repubs fault for not doing anything about it from 2000 - 2006.

Next game!

If you believe the taxes from Obama are going to set you back, you’re misinformed, OR you are in the most wealthy 2.7% of the nation. If you are in that situation, you make well over $300,000 a year and if you own businesses, you should easily be able to manipulate it to your advantage.

A guy who:
has issues saying the pledge of allegiance to our country
makes an issue of why he shouldn’t wear an American Flag lapel pin
wants to have tea and crumpets with world leaders who would like to wipe us off the map…
has no business running this country.

And that was a nice touch about his wife saying she’ll “finally be proud of our country.” The same country who has allowed that family to become multi-millionaires and given them the right to say stupid stuff.

1, 2, 3 all together now:

Ding dong the witch is dead…

Keith

I don’t like either candidate but if you are so naive to think Obama will only raise taxes on the upper 2.7% you are sadly sadly sadly misinformed. How do think he is going to pay for all the new socialistic programs he is touting?

Please tell me one thing Obama has done as a politician and not what he said he is going to do

Bob

Obama has beaten the most powerful, ruthless, conniving political machine in the country (very impressive). Nothing makes me happier than seeing Hillary lose. She is nothing but a panderer and has done NOTHING for New York since she’s been Senator. Chuck Shumer is 10x the Senator she is and thats not saying much.

I’m waiting for VP selections before I decide who the better canadate is. McCain needs to rally the conservative base (Mitt Romney?) and Obama needs to choose ANYBODY but Hillary.

Enough with the Bushs and Clintons already!

the question still stands

I am not voting for Obama. but I think he’s the next president and the country could have done worse.

Hillary has announced (without being invited) that she’s be happy to run as VP.

I tell you what, I wouldn’t want to be standing with my back to that woman when I was the only thing standing between her and power.

Look what happened to Vince Foster…
