I looked at the Ziller site and was intrigued by their Make Me Move TM slogan and offer. The offer was put your property on our site at an highish price, the sort of price that “Would make the vendor move”. Etc.
What do other posters think of this, I like the idea as a sales tool - but hate the slogan, its sounds awful. Does anyone have feedback on this, any adverse news reports or good reports, or a better slogan that conveys the same message better.
On the same site it said you could put ANY address on their site, with or without the owners permit, even if you are not the owner, I thought this was a very bad idea, it could cause friction and lower the esteem of the Real Estate Proffession. And what purpose does it serve.
Many other posters had mentioned this site in various posts, The blurb is>
Make Me Move™ — is a free and easy way to tell others the price you’d be willing to sell your home for, without actually putting it on the market. It’s that magical number you just can’t refuse. Every home has a price, right? So, what’s yours? Go ahead and set a Make Me Move price.
