In the training that I do, I have been working with a lot of potentially good bird dogs but I need some help connecting them with investors. All of them are great, they have been following the program and learning how get “in” with the potential sellers.
It sounds like you need to talk to some wholesalers. Bird dogs are only there to produce leads. Any more then that you’ll have to give them a piece of the action. What I do is I call other “We Buy House” signs and see what they can’t wholesale and I try to wholesale those properties if it’s really a good deal.
