Wipe Foreclosure from Your Credit??

Has anyone dealt with Success Credit Services? They claim they can remove foreclosure (and other derogatories like bankruptcies etc) from your credit. I heard about them (and Tracy Ballard - the founder) a number of years ago in a Jeff Kaller foreclosure seminar and I know they hit the seminar circuits advertising their services. I have some clients that are interested in their services.

Do you know: Are they reputable? Do they deliver on what they claim they can do?

Nobody can LEGALLY remove foreclosures or bankrupties. Save your dinero. :beer

This would be called, …FRAUD. :rolleyes

All they can do is clutter the record with claims that information is wrong. Eventually the smoke clears and your poor credit record remains poor. Save your money.
