My clients (investors) or homeowners really don’t care what goes on in most of the world. They just care about their own little world.
So, no, not really.
People sell and buy real estate for only two reasons: one, as a home, a place to live. Two, for investment purposes, to generate income.
As long as sale accomplises one of those two goals, real estate will sell. It doesn’t matter what goes on somewhere else in the world.
There’s always going to be a return on properties… it’s a matter of knowing where[what region] the increase is at. The increase will always happen… one day here… one day there… it’s a matter of knowing where the party has moved [currently Arizona, New Mexico, etc.].
