It’s amazing how many investors will try to buy low-cost properties in bad areas because they think it’s a steal. If no one else wants to live in the area, you’re going to need to get a property dirt cheap if it will pay off. Some investors specialize in rough areas, but they know how to buy and have a plan for getting out of the deal.

thats very true, in my article it says that you could be wasting your money if you invest in an area that is low priced - it is often low for a good reason - it can be a poor investment!
