I am just wondering?? I am in CA and since appreciation in my area - creative and good investments are harder to find than anything. I am moving to NV (most likely) but leaving CA is my goal. Most investors can only invest in crack infested areas and I value my life more than value getting into this business.
Anyone has the same experience?
Well, there is actually alot of new areas in California that will give you a long run appreciation. Research Antelope Valley-Palmdale, Lancaster…and so on and so forth in that area. the population growth pattern is remarkable.
