How do I find friendly title companies that will assist in double closings in chicago? No need for a title company when doing assignments, right?

I have been working with first american title in Joliet. It is a little drive for me, but they are helpful with investors and have a couple of Lawyers that will do simultaneous closings, lease options, wrap around mortgages, and so forth.
