If im wholesaling How can i avoid the seller from knowing that im assigning the contract…
Just tell your seller you will be closing in your partners name(whom ofcourse would be your buyer) 
Does not really matter if they know or not, I usally say my partner and I will buy it or somthing to that effect. that is no biggy!
