I’m a newbie who has been studying real estate investing for about a year. Now, I need to dig my heels in and start producing some results. I’ve been “driving for dollars” but I can’t seem to pull everything together by following up properly on my leads. I need help developing some business systems that would be effective for an investor focusing on vacant properties, Tax Deed Sales and pre-foreclosures.
I’m leaning more toward making vacant/abandoned properties my niche but I need a real good “attention-grabbing” letter to send to property owners. If there’s any gurus out there who have developed some successful step-by step systems that get results, please share!!!
