So, we can’t wholesale REOs? I’m new, so forgive the question. Thanks! :help
Where did you get that idea??? Herbster
Research on this site. I typed in wholesaling REOs and concluded based on the information that I saw that the lenders won’t do it. Obviously, I am wrong? Hopefully I am. I have a cash end buyer, and I have transactional funding, and I wanted to write a contract on a property this week. It will be my first deal as an wholesaler.
What post or topic did you see where the general consensus was lenders won’t do it?
You can wholesale any house as long as you have an end buyer who is willing to pay more than you are. There’s nothing any lender can do to stop you from selling your equitable interest in real property. They may require that you close first, but they surely can’t stop you from turning around and selling it 5 minutes later.
Good stuff nsu,
These banks want it gone just as bad as you want it sold for a quick profit. Take advantage man, take advantage. :biggrin
