Wholesaling question

What if I get a seller to sign a purchase contract with me…what do I need to do with the contracts and how much time do I have to find an investor? does that depend on how much time the contracts say I have?

Where in the assignment contract does it say that the investor will pay me my money…or do I just have to trust the investor?

What is the best way to find an investor?

What if I purchase a property for what a seller is asking for and sell it to an investor for $10,000 less…do I need another type of contract or how does this work?

Step #1 - Get a lawyer. They have the necessary paperwork

Step #2 - MARKET to your local REIA. Or wherever this property is located.

Step #3 - Assign the contract and make a fee
