Would it be smart move to wholesale mobile homes and/or vacant land? I am finding it hard to pull comps on vacant land, and mobile homes sound like they would be impossible to get a buyer for. Thank you for the input.

Mobile homes and vacant lots can be profitable if you have buyers list that wants that type of investment. Find out what your buyers want. It should be one of the first things you do when you are building your buyers list.
