I’m trying to reach out to wholesalers as a group and this forum has been the best location that I’ve found. Is there any good magazine or web site to reach out to wholesalers?
I was also hoping to determine what kind of market there is out that for wholesalers. Most seem to be private investors so it’s tough to get a number but is there any type of registry/survey/database that could tell me roughly how many wholesalers exist in the US and how many houses they buy/sell on average?
Any best guesses would also be appreciated!
