Wholesaling listed properties (non-REO, non-Shortsale)

is anyone on here flipping MLS listed properties that aren’t REO’s or short sales? i’m referring to a regular listed properties. i’m using option contracts on my short sales which allow me to market the property during the option period. this works because the agents are on my team.

i believe i would most likely get push back if i submitted an option contract to a sellers agent which i do not have a networking relationship with. is anybody have success with option contracts getting signed or some other method that allows you to easily flip these listed properties?

i know you can submit a standard contract and have your “contractor” (ie/ end buyer) do a walk through, but i like the flexibility of the option contract for areas your not 100% certain about.
