We are looking to establsh business relationships with wholesalers in the metro Portland market and beyond.
We will be responsible for marketing, generating leads and for maintaining a comprehensive system for handling and processing all the leads that are received. We will also be responsible for getting properties under contract and for working with our partners on the ground to find suitable buyers. In exchange for assuming a lead role in marketing and processing leads our partners on the ground, with good local knowledge, will help us by visiting properties and asssessing our leads from a repair and renovation prospective and will suggest the property’s ARV. All profits will be split 50:50
