im a new wholsaler in syracuse ny and wondering if there is a really strong presence for distressed propeties because there is A LOT of properties that can be wholsaled for quick cash.

have anyone on here had any success wholesaling or being a end buyer or investor in Syracuse Ny? a guy told me from a title company that it doesnt exsint in Syracuse Ny. i laugh because he seemed very uneducated to the field of real estate.
