Is there anyone out there wholesaling in the Pittsburgh area?
We are looking to expand out there from Philadelphia in about 1 year from now. It’s a great area and if you are looking to meet other investors in the area, go to their local REI Club meetings. They have a great rental market and the suburbs are great for flips.
What are some good areas in Pittsburgh for flipping and renting? I have seen some REO’s and others out there for ridiculously cheap prices, but I am not that familiar with the area. Where should I look if I wanted to buy out there?
