Does anyone know the wholesaling laws in NY. I have contacted several lawyers and they never get back to me and trust me I’m relentless with finding my info. So this is bothering me and wanted to see if anyone knows. I’ve heard somthing along the lines that you (wholesaler) must hold the property for 90 days …so if this is true , am i purchasing this property or…? Im a little lost here so any input would be great. Thanks
This has been talked about several times on this forum. For some reason many lawyers in NY don’t know what this method of home buying is. I you may have to talk to atleast 3 before you find one that know what you mean. :cool
