Wholesaling in Canada??? Need help!

Hi everyone,

I need your help! I got my first lead on a wholesale deal, but it’s in Canada!!! I have no idea what to do! Can I even work in Canada? My business is in California, I have everything set up here, but if it’s a great deal, I don’t want to miss out on it! I wouldn’t mind a bird-dog fee for a wholesaler in Canada! Has anyone had to deal with this? What do I do? Can I do nothing? Can I do something?

Wow, if you could wholesale a deal in Canada from California that would be something.
I say get the darn thing under contract for the lowest possible price.
Then start marketing in Canada for a buyer or even the USA if it’s a great deal.
Then if you get that far and find a buyer, try to figure it out. That’s sort of how I operate, one step at a time.
