Wholesaling in a small market

I am getting started in wholesaling and live in a small community of about 7,000 people. I am in between two metro areas about two hours from each one plus there are a few larger communities nearby. Should I even attempt to get some deals in my town or just put my efforts into the other areas?

Hey Oldsoul, Some of my best deals were in smaller towns outside my city, but they are a lot bigger than your village.
I wouldn’t neglect your small town completely. Start there for some practice and experience.
Then move on to the cities. The bigger the population the better chance of doing multitudes of deals.
What’s your plan? Did you get an education in RE Wholesaling? You have any books, courses, how did you hear about wholesaling?
