I am a wholesaler, and have so far only dealt with individual sellers when it comes to my deals. I have stumbled, literally, onto a HUD property that is open to all purchasers, and it is prime to be wholesaled. Does HUD have any restrictions on contract assignments or double closings? I have never looked at HUD homes before, so this is new territory for me. I prefer assignments, but I would be open to other options as this property is a homerun for my area, and probably won’t last the week. Thanks for any input!
