Wholesaling high-end properties - have one under contract

Iv’e done some real estate investing but am new to wholesaling and need some advice.

I have a higher end property (6bd/4.5ba) under contract in one of the top zip codes in Michigan (Bloomfield Hills) for $160K. It’s a REO that I am prepared to rehab myself (about $60-70K). The after repair value based on recent MLS comps is $500-550K.

Can you help me get in contact with wholesale investors/buyers for this deal, perhaps based in Michigan. I can do a double closing upfront or would be willing to sell the property after the repairs. Thanks. :help

did you buy this with cash or did you use some other method?

i’m new to investing. i actually have yet to put a deal together, but am looking to.

i’m looking into apartment buildings

I’m purchasing using a portfolio lender.

Still looking for help. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thx.

I would go to the local real estate investing club and start networking with other investors there. There will be investors there that would be interested. If there is a deal exchange meeting, go there and let them know about your deal. Also, place an ad in the paper, put up bandit signs, anything you can think of to get the word out about your deal. A “Desperate Seller” marketing message always gets lots of calls.
