I am interested in wholesaling commercial prop. I know how you find buyers and sellers for residential re (meaning how to write up the ads – I buy houses etc) It seems as though comm would be different. How would I write up ads to build buyer and seller lists for comm.
Not really much of a difference. Just get creative and change up the wording bit. The key with commercial RE is targeting. If you get a commercial building under contract, targeting a buyer that wants this type of investment is important. I would try it out if I were you. I mean after all what do you have to risk? It better be only 10 dollars. :bdaysmile
