can I DO WHOLESALING AND LEASING AT THE SAME TIME — LIKE IF THE DEAL IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A INVESTOR TO BUY THEN I COULD KEEP TO DO A LEASE OPTION
OR IS THAT 2 MUCH WORK AND DOUBLE THE ADVERTISING — ONE FOR INVESTORS TO BUY AND PEOPLE TO SELL ---- AND THE ONE FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO RENT TO OWN
IS THAT 2 MUCH TO FOCUS ON OR IS IT OK BECAUSE MOTIVATED SELLERS WILL DO BOTH EITHER A SELL OR LEASE OPTION AND i CAN KILL TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE WHEN I LOOK FOR WHOLESALE OPPS
When I answered your other post I didn’t see this one. Straight lease and lease option are my favorite ways of investing. You can use the straight lease in conjunction with your wholesaling. The lease option is more for holding onto to a property although your can always sell the option.
See my RE blog for more information on the Lease Option Page and there is also an article on straight options. The link to the blog is below in the signature.
