Does any one have a 1 page purchase contract they use for wholesaleing. I am in texas if that helps. Thanks.
A wholesaling contract shouldn’t be any different from a normal P&S Agreement would it? You can get a P&S Agreement backed by the Texas RE Commission at http://www.trec.state.tx.us
The Staples office supply store in our area has one page “contract to purchase real estate” contracts. If you don’t have a Staples in your area, try looking at your local office supply store. I hope this helps.
The contracts that can be purchased at office supply stores are pretty generic. I’d get one from a reputable source in your state.

I agree with Jeff, I wouldn’t use any of the forms supplied by office supply stores.
There are a few dozen companies out there supplying contracts that are easy to read, easy to follow and fill out and protect you more than the generic ones.
It’s an expensive way to go at first, but it could save you in the long run if you contact a real estate attorney and have them supply one. Sit down with them to go over it to make any changes you want and they agree with. I generally have a lot of the “legaleze” removed.
