some title and loan companies are scared of double closings.
i have done a couple with the help of someone that turned out to be shaddy… ( dirty )
needless to say i dont do deals with them any more.
I am looking to close some deals i have.
I wanna be on the hud 1 statement, so that the title company cuts me a check. I have the tools to find them, and get them in contract. now i just need to know how to close them.
