Wholesaler needs help

I am a wholesaler from columbus ohio, a lot of my potential buyers use financing, with the new law that you cant assign contracts. im stuck.

some title and loan companies are scared of double closings.

i have done a couple with the help of someone that turned out to be shaddy… ( dirty )

needless to say i dont do deals with them any more.

I am looking to close some deals i have.

I wanna be on the hud 1 statement, so that the title company cuts me a check. I have the tools to find them, and get them in contract. now i just need to know how to close them.

Hey Cash, I have’nt found 1 title agency in Ohio that will do a double close, I do all my deals out of state. But if you do find one that will do a double, let me know. I’m up here in Cleveland and the market is good here, I just cant do nothin up here. If I was a bird dog, an Investor would love me. I pass up great deals all the time.

In some instances I have used attorneys for closings rather than title companies. Is that a possibility in Ohio?
