Does anyone know where I can find a list of wholesalers around the whole US? There doesn’t seem to be a central place to find them. Any time I google “wholesalers in (city)”, I get a few wholesalers and a ton of Realtors.
I actually had the same problem in my city. No good directory to find them… including bird dogs. That was part of the reason I built a local online directory myself.
Since I’m unaware of any national directories, I would try to search the national REIA associations of which almost every city has them. Most of them will list local wholesalers in their area or can likely point you in the right direction.

I’d bet there isn’t one. There is no licensing requirement or professional designation to be a wholesaler, therefore anyone can be one. So how would the list be compiled?
Think about it like this, if you began a career as a wholesaler last year and did say 10 deals, exactly what directory would you be listed under and how would you get in it? Who would compile the info? You’d be a genuine, bonafide wholesaler but who would know other than your buyers and people you’ve told?
