Hello, I’m new to the game and I wanted to know can a Short Sale Deal be Wholesaled? Do you need money to do Short Sale deals?
Yes a short sale deal can be wholesaled and no you don’t need any money. But somebody on your end better be bringing some $ to the closing if you don’t have it.
can be wholesaled, but 99% cannot be and/or assigned
Basically you would just have to do a double closing.
