Has anyone every had any luck putting an REO under contract using an Option Agreement? I do not like the thought of having to fill out a full state approved real estate contract just to make an offer on a property…
Considering I am making 10+ offers a week.
I wish they would consider an option contract but to my knowledge it doesn’t fly. They want these gone, not an if. Herbster
They won’t let you option the property. You can still wholesale it out though. You’ll have to do a double closing because they won’t let you assign the contract.
