Wholesale property is for sale. The house was built in the late 1800’s. It is on 10th Street in Greeley and we bought it for $89,000. We would be willing to sell it for a finders fee. It needs some work and we don’t have the capital to hold the house while we fix it. It is in pretty good shape. We are closing on August 29th so this need to happen as soon as possible.
