I think i may have my first deal in eastern Ohio near Wv. How would I go about finding a rehabber in this area. I live about 4 hours from this property. Any suggestions for working in other areas. Thanks
One way is to pick up a local paper in the area where the house is located and start calling all the “We buy houses” ads. Most papers even have their classifieds on-line.
