How many of these can someone do typically or on average in a month.Im tryin to set my goals
what i mean by this is how many properties can I get under contract(realisticly) and flip them per month?
It really depends on many factors:
- Your dedication
- Your marketing campaign
- Your efforts
- Knowing the right locations to market to
etc
You can easily send out hundreds of mailings each month and only generate 10 leads. Out of those 10 leads you may only get 1 flip. I think it’s hard to say for sure without knowing your style, area, marketing etc. Your best bet to really find out is to find others in your area and ask how they are doing.
