I think I’m going to purchase one of the wholesale courses. Is Rister or Cook’s course better or someone else? Any recommendations is appreciated ;D

I’m not asking anyone to put down one product over the other. I’m just wondering if anyone was really happy with one of these products?

I have ordered Steve Cook’s wholesale course but have not received it yet. I do however have his Rehab course and I love it. I would highly recommend Steve’s courses to anyone although I cannot compare since I only have Steve’s.

In my opinion, few of these courses are worth the money. You can learn everything you need to know about wholesaling from this forum and from articles on the Internet.

With that in mind, I can see two reasons to buy a course:

  1. It comes with dedicated, one on one support. I’ve bought several courses just because I wanted access to the person. It’s a good way to get cheap mentoring.

  2. You don’t have time to search through the forums or read articles. A lot of investors I know by courses exclusively for the audiotapes. They don’t have time to search through a web site or read a book. They listen to the tapes on the way to work and learn how to invest that way.

In any case, if you decide to buy the course, let us know how it goes.

I decided to buy Cook’s course because of the mentoring even though the other is cheaper. I do find my self spending alot of time on the freeway, so the audio will help :-\
