I am looking to work with(bird dogging) or get mentor ship from a wholesaler in Atlanta. I am motivated, dependable, and HONEST. This may not have been the best place to put this but I’m just looking for a way to break into this field and learn.

But I am having the hardest time finding the investors to buy these deals what am I doing wrong??? am I all alone out there?
Is what you have really deals? If no one is buying them you may want to analyze that.
