I have a Warrenty Deed signed from the homeowner and need to have a listing agreement. I have not recorded the warrenty deed, So who signs the listing agreement the actual homeowner or me the investor. My realtor is saying that I am the only one who has to sign it. This true? Please I need help quick… Im going to get the listing agreement done within the next 36 hrs. Thanks and please help!
It would be you since you have ownership interest. As long as you are the only one on title. I believe you must have everyone on title sign.
