Who all needs to be on the wholesale power team? And in what phase of getting into wholesaling does one need to create this wholesale power team? It takes some getting used to for a newbie like me, but how do I approach the team. I am saying like how do I approach these people randomly and what am I to say to get them on my team?
By the way, I am to pay to get these people part of my team right? That would be a problem for someone with no money to hire these people.
I have no idea what a power team is. If you mean title agents, contractors etc. You do NOT pay extra to have them. They are paid per the transaction for the work they do
I didn’t either know what a power team was either when I heard it. So far I got title agents and contractors. Anyone else on this team needs to be involved?

Get rid of all the naysayers in your life, who tell you that you can’t do this or that. Take out all the negativity & replace with positive energy.

YES you need more on your team, and you DON’T pay them unless they’re somehow involved with the transaction or they are hired to do rebhab wprk or you use them to find renters depending on your exit strategy. Consider the following a part of your “Team” :
- mentors
- general contractors
- realtors (investor friendly if possible)
- “investor friendly” tite company
- property management companies
- real estate lawyer
- electricians
- landscapers
- birdogs
- realtors
