Who is Robert G Fahr out of vancouver

Has anyone heard of the Guy by the name Robert G fahr out of Vancouver?

He has a company called Globus Financial Trust or Globus Financial SA.

I came across him a year ago but some of his company names were different. recently encountered again in NYT classified.

If you do a Google search you come across an interesting history. But the jist of it is this:: was part of a cease and desist order out of State of Oregon in 2007. No history of ever funding a deal. And he may have had an alias at one time. I have spoken with the NYT, Securities Bureaus in Oregon, Alberta and British Columbia.

You can read for yourslf, but seems same schemes as before in 2007.
