Hey guys how many of you are using Lou brown’s Spectacular system? Did any of you guys know that lou taught Ron Legrand and alot of other gurus the subject-to/landtrust process? A local investor that ive learned alot from has purchased over 75 properties in 3 years and is now has over 30G’s a month passive, not including whenever he gets lucky and finally pulls a lease option buyer through the eye of the needle and gets them to purchase (average 30g when they sell)(average home is 150,000). I really love the idea of investing in real estate instead of being in the business of real estate.
