Try using www.scotsmanguide.com and type in the scenario and it should come up with a few lenders. I use this website all the time if I am unaware of a lender that will finance a loan for a client. If you need help navigating through the site I will help walk you through it.

Scotsmanguide is a site designed for mortgage brokers/LO’s to help place “tough” scenarios. It is not designed for the general public. Most lenders listed on the site do not have direct to consumer offices. Even if a scenario is found by the search engine you will need to find a LO that can submit your loan to the lender.
