Hi,

I like to find out if I should get condo conversion done for my 15 units complex in Austin ?

Is this a lenghtly process?Is this complicated process and how much will it costs me?Any one has good recommedation?

its highly dependent on your local urban planning and development office. i’d start buy going there and
asking a few questions.
basically you need to get separate APNs for each apt and do basic cosmetic fixing.
