Can anyone tell me which way is the best way to start out investing. Is it better to start out with a house or is apartment complex the best way to go. Basically we have no money but our credit isn’t bad so we shouldn’t have a problem getting a loan. It is just making the choice of which is better to begin with is the problem. Any info on the matter will be appreciated.
