With the listing agent DOM=Days on Market and CDOM=combined right?
when it says dom=5 cdom=78 ,or 78 and 78 better right?
If you have to choose one DOM.
The CDOM may be…
a)with a different agent or
b) before the house was even foreclosed and at a much higher price.
If you can look at the history of the listing you can tell which it is.
If the bank pulled the listing from an agent it’s usually only after they had it 90 days or more and it didn’t sell. So if you have access to the listing history it can help to see the dates.
The CDOM on some MLS systems can go back a couple years.
I don’t know if anything accurately gauges a banks motivation! :banghead
