FLP VS LLC??
My plan:
Buy some properties, rehab them and sell them.
My concern:
I need to form an entity on asset protection and tax purpose.
The question is:
Which entity should I choose? I understand most people choose the LLC, but I don’t want to hold the property for rent, or other long term use, Is LLC still the best choice? How about the FLP?
