I might be able to turn to for the money to flip a house. any suggestions.

Yes i do i have a property in mind already…$120,000 + $80,000 for the rehab…but unfortuneately no House with equity. I am a broke but ambitious person looking for that first break. I know it takes money to make some, but there must be someone or company out there willing to take that chance. Or I guess my drem is just a fairy tale. But I won’t stop until I find that company. thanks 
How much will the property be worth once the work is done? How is doing the work? How long (realistically) will it take for the work to be completed.
after repair value is $290,000- $325,000. I am looking at least 2 month if not less. most of the work I Will contract out most of it along with me assisting with a few odds and ends…but the out look should be great. i have a person who does flooring, and another for landscaping. painting, demolition and the unforseen will be handled accordingly.
