I am looking at purchaing a home that is going to auction in early December. I need to move fast but at the same time I want to make sure I do this right the first time.
Note: I intend to pay cash for the home due to the lack of time to do traditional financing.
At this time I have made a verbal offer to the seller. I want to now proceed with a written contract.
Where do I start?
Do I contact a RE attorney, title company, or the sellers bank, etc to get everthing going?
