Where to find contracts?!

My buyers list is starting to see some life and I’m adding more and more investors everyday.

I think I am ready to start sending out contracts, but WHERE can I get a copy of a legit contract that would have all the necessary escape clause’s and so on.

You can always go to an office supply store and buy one and then change it to your liking. You can also ask other investors for copy of theirs. Most of the Real Estate courses sold by the gurus have contracts with the courses.
