where to find a good non-owner occupied list

i’ve been using my county’s condemned & weed lien list and been getting a bunch of garbage leads. my partner has been using an expensive list broker, just wondering if anyone has a source for a better marketing mailout list?

(btw - i’m in houston, tx)

I have not seen a list of non owner occs, but you can go through tax records and match home addresses with owner addresses. I have used this system for wholesaling deals as well
