Hey all, where do you advertise your properties online? I have a large amount of quadplexs with a real nice cap rate that I need to move quickly. Obviously I cannot list them here, what sites do you use?
You can list them our craigslist, backpage.com or loopnet.com. There are many other places you can advertise online as well. Go to your local real estate investment group and pass out flyers on your properties. Just to name a few.
